Surgeon visited me in hospital at 7.30am this morning & said I was looking good & could go home. Mum picked me up at 10am. I had a pretty easy day - a midday nap, mushroom soup & scrambled eggs for lunch, yummy pureed steak, lentils & veg from mum :) jelly & custard.
Still swelling up - update pics from 4pm Thursday. I have dark purple bruises on my neck & feeling in a lot more pain in my jaws today.
